About the Role We’re seeking a Technical Product Engineer who blends Salesforce technical expertise with product and systems thinking .
You’ll architect and build integrations, automations, and internal tools that streamline business processes and enhance productivity across multiple teams.
This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, APIs, no-code tools, and cloud integrations , along with the ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities - Architect, design, and maintain Salesforce automation frameworks , including Flow, Process Builder, and Apex-based logic.
- Build API integrations and data syncs between Salesforce and tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace using MuleSoft, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato .
- Partner with product and operations teams to analyze workflows , identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and deploy internal tools, dashboards, and notification systems to improve operational visibility.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance optimization across connected systems.
- Lead small-scale technical projects from requirements to testing and release.
Requirements - 5–10 years of experience in Salesforce development, system integration, or technical product management .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom object design .
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub, Jenkins, Copado).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bonus: Salesforce Platform App Builder / Integration Architect certification and scripting experience (Python, Node.js, or Java).
